Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A Ok. We had a fair amount of difficulty booking a rental care during our several day stay. We had to book out two days after we arrived before they were finally able to get us a car. Our appt time was early and we overslept a bit. They called and said they were going to give our car away, so we sped dressed and got there as quickly as we could.nnAfter the two day wait and booking an economy car they gave us a ... mini van? It was fine cause it gets us from A to B, but definitely more car than we needed and not what we booked.nnThey also required a $400+ hold on my husbands credit card for us to take the car for two days.nnOverall: B-nYou may have trouble booking a car and if you do, you may not get what you booked. Not the best experience ever.

The easiest place to rent a vehicle. The staff is helpful and genuinely nice if you find yourself in need of a rental car or truck stop by the sunshine location and speak with Alex.

Great customer service. Everything done electronically now.... no paperwork. They will not come pick you up anymore due to Covid, I don't know if or when that will change. My only true complaint is the car reeked of smoke and weed... I don't know if you can request a non smoking vehicle but its been a week now and its still as strong as ever.

Very pleased with the service, vehicle, and price! I was in and out in 5 minutes, and received a great ride at a great price. This was a much more pleasant experience than I've ever had with a car rental service in the past.

The rep was very professional and well trained and friendly I would recommend this location to anyone
