If you care about your loved one's well being, and are in need of medical transportation, do NOT use Coastal Medical Transportation Service. I repeat, do NOT! This company was used to transport my 81-year-old husband from the hospital to his residence after his surgery. The two men who transported my husband from the vehicle into the house were very careless, seemed inexperienced, lacked compassion, and were unprofessional, which resulted in my husband suffering two injuries (open wounds), one on the head and other on his thigh. It was horrifying to watch my loved one treated in that manner - with much carelessness. Shame on them! Please seek other alternatives for medical transportation. I do not want anyone to go through what I witnessed: the mistreatment of my husband.
It wonderful service there Medics emts and nurses are amazing the nurse Bridget is so nice to she very patient with all the questions and understanding with people where I live aniexty with Covid testing I have nothing but great things to say about them it seem like they pride in hiring there emts permedics and nurses
Had a reservation for transport from nursing home to radiation. They were over an hour late picking up which made us an hour late radiation appointment. Very disappointing service, especially when when you think you can count on a business like this. The EMT’s were very kind.
I had a nasty fall 2 years ago I can’t thank you guys enough for being there for me thank you again for being there and being so kind your medics the ones I came a cross where so aswome I highly recommend you guys
