I need a rental car for two weeks until my personal car was fixed. I live close by and have use Enterprise in the past. Each time that I have visited the staff were very courteous and pleasant. They handle the transaction fast and I was on my way. When I returned the car, I needed a ride home and someone brought me home, without any questions. Awesome job!!!
My experience with my last rental car was great. I was able to check-in online before going and have my ready pass for faster service,which it was. I went right in and was out in less then 10 mins. They also gave me a free vechicle upgrade,which i loved.returning it was even faster.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. The staff at multiple locations in the new Orleans area were rude. My first vehicle was so smoky that I couldn’t use ac and had to drive with windows down. A district manager arranged for a trade out at a different location. When I arrived they only had a tiny car that would not fit my 3 booster seats. Then they offered me a larger vehicle that stunk like cigarettes. Then I was offered a vehicle with a nail in a rear tire. The representative attempted to talk me into taking the vehicle anyway. I said I didn’t feel safe. Finally I was offered an acceptable vehicle. When you are spending almost $500, I expect clean vehicles and kind service.
Go COVID protocol... very accommodating... excellent customer service!! I will be renting again!!!
Deposit went from 200 to 300. Just to give the people update.
