I have rented from the Bastrop office for years, never had a problem. Made reservations always a Friday 8am pickup in and out. once in November and once in January of this year made reservations for an important trip, it was emailed to my phone everything was a go. I called the next morning, no cars available, no call, I even called the corporate office. They verified the reservation and was going to look into it and nothing. We were sent to the monroe location had a reservation, got there, nothing. We called w monroe they finally had a vehicle, but we had to wait forever and had to pay much more. What an inconvenience for the plans and our pockets. This is so unprofessional and bad for business and I've had several friends tell me the same. How in the world are y'all allowed to promise people vehicles that you don't have and if someone comes back, they half clean and half do maintenance, I mean no maintenance cause there is no time. Finally they don't even offer u a free rental, discount or nothing. More professional staff needed and corporate needs to follow up on complaints

Bastrop,La. Went to pickup a rental car at 5:00pm. Got there at 4:45 to find out there is no cars available ask why didn't they call me to tell me, he replied not my job. Is this the way we do business now?&

I rent from the Bastrop location. Hillary is awesome. She has a very nice personality and is always helpful. I usually have to be picked up and Darrion is very nice and polite as well. Kudos to Hillary and Darrion!!!
