It was a very easy and straight forward booking process. The pickup and drop off process was a breeze. Although we didn't get the vehicle we were expecting, the one we got was equivalent in terms of size and performance and honestly served us better than the one we booked would have. The vehicle itself was brand new and very clean. Thanks, I will definitely be using you guys again!
AVOID THIS PLACE. BEWARE. Prepaid rental and received call 2 hours prior to pick up time stating they did not have vehicle but were working on replacement, called again and asked to come later then original pick up and would have acceptable replacement. Finally called me back 45 minutes prior to previously agreed pick up time advising do not have the vehicle nor the acceptable replacement. Then they refuse to refund the money because they are saying cancellation past original pick up time. This is a complete scam and should be investigated. You can not keep the money and not provide the goods or service. Dirty Operation. Please do not waste your time with this place.
The service is very professional they treat you like your family they go over everything even though I ordered it online but when I pick it up at the store off of O'Neal Lane and airline it was well beyond expect with the service and the return thanks budget
I didn't have any problems renting a vehicle. Everything went smooth from renting to returning the vehicle. Great customer service!!
The older gentleman there was very informative, professional and polite. Vehicle drove great and great on gas. Was very clean.
