This has to be the worst car rental operation in Baton Rouge. I only used them because they were the preferred vendor fir State Farm, so I assumed it would be a simple process. This could not be further from the truth and I will be letting my agent know, thst State Farm should reconsider the relationship. Neither of the employees I interacted with had any customer service training at all. On the morning I picked up my rental the employee arrived at 8:10 even though the were supposed to open at 8:00. By the time he got his computer started it was 8:45 by the time I got on the road. When I got in the vehicle the tire pressure light was on, and he attributed it to the cold weather. As I was driving into the morning sun the inside of the windshield was so dirty I had to pullover to clean it. I then spent the week adding air about every day and a half. When I returned the vehicle the employee made me fill out an incident report because the tire pressure light was again on. She then handed me my receipt and didn’t speak to me otherwise. Do yourself a favor and use the Enterprise around the corner. I rent with them at least once a month and they are always friendly and meet me at the curb for both checkout and checkin, never takes more than 5 minutes.
I love this location I don’t deal with any other hertz but this one, no hassle, and the staff is amazing
I wish I could give them zero stars. I guess since I went in on a Saturday and they closed for 12 the service was bad. Although I got there at 11:00am. Trenise I believe her name was skipped me after she told me I could check out the inventory in the back. I left and went to Enterprise at 11:53am and they closed at 12:00 too. I pulled off Enterprise’s lot for 11:57 in a nice car. I only went to Hertz because State Farm deal with them. I would never deal with Hertz again Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The young lady explained everything to me and was very nice!!
