Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My insurance company sent me here. Night fall and this ⚠ufe0f light comes on. Message center says check high beams and the brights do not work. Next morning I call to see about swapping for a car that is working properly and am told they can have the car towed but do not have anything else on the lot and were not even able to try and find at another location. This location has poor customer service as this is second and last time try to do business with location.

Office is close for customers. There is no other option than stay in the parking area doing the transaction. Lucky it was not raining. Employee was very rude. I'll never rent a car in this location.

I'm always Pleased with Enterprise. My last Rental was so Amazing, because it was So Hard to get a Rental with All the Hurricanes that was going on . And Plaquemine Location was Able to Get Me a Rental Car and Was So Nice, Through the Whole Process. Thank You So Much ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Second 10/14 update: I showed up at 3:45 to the branch in Florida to get the swap I organized with roadside assistance and suddenly, they have no cars available. Thanks again for another nightmare enterprise.nnUpdate 10/14: I emailed the address provided below. They stated there was nothing they could do via email and we would need call roadside assistance. So I finally arranged for roadside assistance to swap out a vehicle. I called the local enterprise in Florida and they said they had a car just returned that needed to be cleaned. We could pick it up at 4.nnIf I could give negative stars, I would. I love enterprise and always use them all over the world but Plaquemine needs to get it together.nMy elderly parents tried to rent a car a few days before a storm to evacuate but they didnt have any availability until midday on Friday, only a few hours before the storm hit. I understand not having availability during trying times but it didnt end there. They booked the only car they could get midday Friday.nOn Friday, they showed up at noon to get the car but Enterprise didn't have a reservation for them. They couldn't cancel the reservation because there wasn't one. They went home and decided to ride out the storm since they didnt have any other option. Not long after arriving home and unpacking, Enterprise called and said the rental was ready. Seriously. Since it was almost storm time and interstates were stopped, renting one now would've been pointless as they would've rode out a storm on the side of the road anyway. Annoyed, and rightfully so, they told Enterprise don't bother.nThe next day, they tried to rent a car to drive to Florida but Enterprise was closed during office hours? Oh okay. Maybe it was because of the storm.nFinally, Monday, a car gets rented to make the trip to Florida. But they provide a car with a front sensor warning light on. Fine.nThe next day, halfway between Louisiana and Florida, another warning light comes on. After pulling over, they realize Enterprise hasn't provided the cars manual and guess what? Roadside Assistance doesn't answer the phone.nThanks, for an absolute nightmare Enterprise.
