After my transmission went out in my car I had to scramble to get a rental & everyone here was fantastic. The first rental I had the front tire had a slow leak but they swapped the car without an issue. Pick up & check in both went smoothly & quickly. I will use this company in the future if we ever need to rent again.
Great customer service however, once I finally received my rental it looks as though it was not clean or disinfectant. There was dog hair in the seats and on the floor even though their policy is (No smoking and no pets) Ha ! Yeah okay and Instead of switching cars they gave me 5 percent discount. At this point I’m just ready to go. Drive away not even a mile down the road a notification comes on... OIL CHANGE DUE!....really?
Great team working together. Always has nice cars to rent. Smiling, helpful faces every time I walk in ! Carrie is just great, I appreciate her personality and vibrant spirit. Thank you all for making my travels easy and painless !
I’ve been doing business with this location for years- since before they moved to their new location - and I don’t mind saying that since Adam Polk took charge of the location, the service has been outstanding. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been awesome, especially Adam and Carrie. Kudos to the team in place.
