Absolutely horrible customer service and very unorganized. If you all need help you might need to post a “now hiring” ad on indeed. I needed a rental because I’m getting my truck repaired. This Enterprise had a line of people waiting and I waited a hour just to be checked in then for them to tell me all I was waiting for that whole time was to be checked in. I could have had so many things done in that amount of time. This place needs to work on being efficient and orderly. I’m taking my business to Hertz or Thrifty. Much more organized establishments!!!nI’m also a business owner so I know all about being accurate and efficient and keeping things in decently in order. This is a small country town it should not be that difficult to get a rental in a timely fashion here.

I usually like to post my reviews as positive as far my expenses. But in the case of one located at 184 Eastern Boulevard, I have rented a vehicle there as much as 2 times a month. And no matter how far in the future I have made a reservation and asked for a certain type of car, they have never had the type of car I requested. I have also noticed that the employees there save the best cars for their customers who are also their friends. I’ve seen them rent the same car that I requested to people who did not even have a reservation for that day. As far as I can see they definitely play favorites for the nicest vehicles. Out of the last several months I have had to wait a few hours to get a car unless I settled on a vehicle that was very different from the car I reserved. If you reserve a mid sized car, you could end up with a mini van or a truck. All I can say is no matter how far in advance you make a reservation, good luck on what you get.

Dublin ga location never has cars, I can reserve a month in advance no car still available no courtesy call to give you time to make other arrangements. They say The district manager Eric grimes says they don’t need a lot of cars at the location since it’s small .. what since does that make when the location is always sold out and you have unsatisfied customers.. the manager Ashley Thompson never got on the phone to assist Stephanie who really sound like they have no concern for the customers needs.. this happens on every reservation not just this one.. I highly recommend using Hertz at Chrysler dodge Jeep on hwy 441 in Dublin.
