Service is good, never had no issue with this location when renting car. Issue I had was I left in a rush and left two lotto ticket in the car one $30.00 tick and one $5.00 in the same spot but when I called and ask for them, they only could find the $5 one that’s funny. Both tickets were winners and how I know they messed with it is that I only scratch my ticket where the numbers area are not the whole thing and when I got my $5.00 ticket back it was all scratch up. Honest is something this place don’t have. It’s amazing how the bigger price money went missing. I made a mistake leaving it in there but thought they were going to be honest about.

This may have only been the second time that I have rented from the Enterprise in Oakwood, but both times they have been AWESOME! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very accomodating! Can't wait to book my next rental through them!

I reserved an upgraded vehicle based on the website suggestion, and got there to find out that they only had two vehicles the smallest subcompact and a truck. I was told this and no offer was made to lower the rate. I had to ask and justify the discount and then it wasn't significant given the inconvenience. Would not use again.nUpdate: I was messaged here by corporate, who encouraged me to submit a review on there official website. I did so and received a form letter back via email saying that someone would be in touch. That has not happened.

Fast, friendly, and hassle free. Reserved my order online. Came in on the my requested date, was in and out in about 15 min. Highly recommended.
