Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been using Enterprise for years this is the first time I have used this Enterprise location. They were accommodating, polite and made it very easy to transition from leaving my car at e collision center and meeting me there to leaving the rental there at the time of pick-up of my vehicle. Rental vehicle was clean and deodorized. I dealt with Joy, Amanda and Lamar. They were all great! I will definitely be using this location again.

I love enterprise especially the one in Sugarhill ga. They have awesome customer service and always treat me so kind. Thank you too everyone that works there. Sarah is the best she made Regional manager now. Congrats ud83dudc4f and Keller he's also awesome.

Very nice and professional! The car was dirty on the outside because the pressure washer was frozen solid. So they let me get a car wash elsewhere and reimbursed me. The car was a new Chevy Malibu. Wow, what a nice car! ud83dude0d

Sometimes I feel more comfortable taking a client to lunch in a nicer car, Sometimes it's nice to have GPS & Satellite radio on long trips to unknown locations. This trip was a family vacation to a nice cabin and I thought it would be nice to rent a Premium car with GPS & Sat radio for the comfort of my family...nnI went online in advance and reserved exactly that, a Premium sedan with GPS & Sat radio and that's what I was charged for. But I arrived 10 minutes early and I was told all they had was a compact SUV with no GPS and nobody could figure out how to activate the Satellite radio. I have to say the staff was pleasant and friendly, but that's it. The vehicle was scratched and dinged up (Enterprise noted this on the walk around), the interior was dirty, the back seats were so stained my daughter didn't want to sit on them (she road in the other vehicle), and there was a maintenance warning going off the whole week ( I noticed the vehicle was over 1,000 miles past the recommended oil change. To top it off, it had a stale, almost moldy smell to it. I can't share the smell with you but I did photograph everything else. Finally when I returned the vehicle I tried to tell my story about the rental and again, staff was very cordial but couldn't possibly care less. They returned an extra $22 to my credit card for the inconvenience. I would have paid more for things to go right. This is my local Enterprise location and I've been doing business with them for some time now. This was a shockingly bad experience. Next time I'll rent from TURO

As a dealership continues to hold my car hostage for repairs, Enterprise has made the process of rental easy. Stacy was friendly, personable, and did a great job this morning.
