I love the ease of checking in beforehand without standing in the long lines. The two issues I had that there wasn't staff in the parking garages to direct you to which vehicle to hop into. They didn't have a vehicle in my size, so they allowed me to upgrade which is a plus. Also, leaving out of the garage there was a long line to check out and the counter person moved slowly. If they would streamline those process I would give them a 5 star.

Great rental car service. Very easy to get your car right after you land. The staff is friendly and let you select your vehicle in the garage. Leaving the airport can take some time, since everyone leaves through the same exit. Drop off is super easy and convenient.

The pick up process was easy in Atlanta, the truck was clean and ran very well from Atlanta to Colorado Springs. The drop off process at the Colorado Springs was also very easy.nI did need to call to see if we returned the truck early. The gal who helped on the phone sounded tired or disinterested, but helped us out and took care of us very well.nnVery positive experience all around!

Alamo was my #1 go to! Not anymore! I rented a vehicle from SeaTac airport, and made the decision that I would drive back home to Atlanta! I called Alamo to let them know and was quoted $100 for the transfer! I began my trip, and called back in a couple days later to extend! After paying the extension I received another quote of over $1,000 for the transfer! Unacceptable, I don’t mind paying but I will not pay $1000 more than what I was originally quoted! I escalated the call and I’m not on day 4 after escalation with no callback or email! I decide to call back and check on the extension, I find out that the extension I requested in not the extension they input into the system which placed me in bad standing at the time. Representative corrected the issue and charged my card on file as I requested. I then was quoted another price of $800. At this moment I really feel that Alamo is a rip off! I’m in no way trying to get around the system, I’m 100% willing to pay but these are huge jumps from the first quote to the last quote and I think it’s a bit suspicious. After this rental Alamo has lost a loyal customer who have spent THOUSANDS with them! Thanks for what you’ve done so far but no more!

Rented at the Atlanta airport. Easy check-in, loved the automated Kiosks (there was a line at least 30 or 40 people long at the counters a few down for all the budget companies), didn't expect to get to self-pick from the lot but that was fun, and the return lady was so friendly! My first time renting with Alamo but loved it and will use again
