I didn't have a good experience with Thrifty. After I prepaid and made an appointment for 10 am, they didn't have cars and made me wait for 5 hours in a 40 person line. When I requested a discount, I had to bargain for a gas $ recognition over the phone and when I returned the car they didn't honor it.nThis was Thrifty Rental Car.
This car rental is conveniently located in the airport just a 5 minute train ride from the terminals
This place is great! I always get better deals here than anywhere else even online. You have to go in though and talk to a person. The Hertz has good customer service and they help you get a good deal. All the major car leasing places are here. Only negative is the parking lot to come in and get to this place is small. They didn't think it through when they constructed this place. You may have to wait for someone to leave in order to get a spot. But the selection of rental cars on the lots can't be beat! Hertz even has a bunch of luxury cars available that you can rent on the spot. The pick up and drop off experience is nice. They have an efficient system in the lots over there but I usually only go to Hertz.
After standing in line for 45 minutes we had No idea that being a preferred member you don't have to stand in no lines. After leaving the counter the sign was behind the wall about preferred members like really ud83dude33
Laughable. Stood in line 45 minutes only to find a woman in my car, says it was assigned to her. Joke.
