The guy in that office was extremely professional and friendly. A lot of customer service reps are only interested in getting to the next customer. This guy didn't do that. I would recommend anyone to this branch. The other office agents is very respectful too.
The staff at this location(3852 Jonesboro Rd Atlanta GA 30354), are all so professional. The facility was very well cleaned, inside and outside. They made sure we got the car that we wanted to rent. Check all tires and made sure everything was perfect before we drove off. Even polite when we returned the car and asked how was everything. I will be sure to make this the location that I rent from anytime I need a rental
The Jonesboro office is superb!! They were very professional and helpful! I live closer to another branch, but this my favorite branch. The manager I dealt with is A1!! They always have cars and go beyond to make and keep the customers happy.
Easy breezy visit! Made my appointment for the same day and was still able to get in and out! Can’t remember the associates name but she was super sweet and made my visit much better than Destin!! Super satisfied :)
