I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on main St in College Park. I needed to get the SUV a day earlier and it was no problem the young lady Amber was very accommodating and pleasant. The day I picked it up she was very good about answering my questions since I was unfamiliar with the SUV I rented. I had a wonderful drive to and from North Carolina. Turning the car in was effortless. This is not my first experience with them. I rent from them every time I need a car. And I have been very pleased with the service. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Out of state visitor and rented from Enterprise Atlanta GA on Main St and the service received from Nick was awesome. Despite having a reservation, the wait was starting to extend. Nick noticed and expedited the process to get me into a car faster.nnAfter I returned home, Nick also called and went over my charges and inquired about the service. I'll go back to this location because of his professionalism and attention to detail.nnGreat job Nick!

ask for Samantha, Her customer service is on point with the highly contagious smile she's gonna get you in-and-out of there is quick as possible I was highly impressed with her customer service.nBut they didn't have any cars that's why they got a 3.

I personally had an amazing experience at Enterprise! Jay over at the College Park Enterprise location, took care of me & my wife like we were family. He was very professional, & kind. So I call customer service to see if they take chime cards they told me yes but when I get to the place they told me they said I got to have a major credit card that's mess up and I really trying to do business with them... But not again unless I really have too
