Do not rent a car here. I returned with a slight scratch the size of 2 inches (likely from someone hitting it in a parking lot with a car door). At the airport they told me if it was a major problem that they would text me and that it could be buffed out. That never happened. They then replaced the entire bumper and grate of the car and charged me $1600 for it. I just simply ended up with the invoice weeks later. You have been warned.

It was quite pleasant i must say. Car was sanitized and clean. Service was superior at all levels. Even my return was flawless. First enterprise I've used without a problem.

I like Enterprise because they are typically fast and problem-free, but The Pandemic has had a significant toll on services and facilities available at this Enterprise location. The original counter for Enterprise has now been merged with the desk at National, with what appears to be no additional staff. This resulted in a 40 minute wait to check-in and a rather disorganized sequence to get the car, despite having a prior reservations booked months in advance. Returning the car was fast as it was prior to the pandemic. Staff were advising they had no same-day rentals available, and any reservation made 24 hours prior was being dropped (a fair amount of unhappy people). Car definitely worked, but had not been cleaned very well. I think the staff at Enterprise is trying their best, but it's a very different experience than prior.

Twice in 1 week service was horrible. It seems that they have merged and made some changes to how they operate. Which is fine if you inform your customers on the changes and how you’re now operating. The management which was unprofessional was very dismissive. I plan on contacting the corporate office for the lack of professionalism from the management that they’re hand picking there. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless absolutely necessary. If you have any changes in travel plans call because they are very reluctant to accommodate.
