Love this business did not rent a car but got hired@ their corporate office love my job
Awful service with and endless litany of excuses about how their privately owned. They overcharged me by an extra hour at 85% of the daily rate even though I returned the car 5 hrs early from the 24 hrs booked. Budget corporate rectified the bill when I called. They couldn't give me a paid receipt, claimed theyd email me one but didnt, charged 4x gas rate quoted originally, and when i called about a piece of paperwork id left because they rushed me through check out i couldnt get anyone on the phone and despite primises no one called back. I would never use this budget office again.
arrived at atlanta airport this morning at 10:30AM got to the car rental desk at 10:45 waited inline until 1:30 then got to the desk to be told there is a further 35 minute wait to actualy see the car wich turned out to be one hour so almost a four hour wait to rent a car but i did save $20 dollars however if your time is worth more than $5 dollars an hour I would suggest apying the extra 20 and save hours of waiting I was also told that this is not a one off by both a customer and an employee at the desk. if I could take off three quarters of a star I would
