Great prices if booked in advanced.
Excellent customer service... I was suppose to drop the car off in Fayetteville GA but I was running behind and the closest place before they close was Union City. I pulled in the parking lot at 5:55 pm and they were courteous and once I was in the door they locked it. I shared with them that someone one was at the door they assisted the person as well. Greeted the other customer with a welcoming smile!nnI was out the door and on my way in less than fifteen minutes!nnThanksnnCYNTHIA D
They overcharged me on the pole on the highway and I am very disappointed it should have been
Honestly, the car was just okay. The reason for the 5-star review is an employee named Keith Cooper. He was outstanding! Great service, and when he saw us struggling with our luggage, our toddler, and our sanity, he drove us personally to the terminal...in our rental car so we didn't have to unpack or haul the car seat around. WAY above and beyond! Keith made it a 5-star experience.
I had a pretty good experience with this location. Although the car was predamaged, they inform me about that and took a picture of the car. The person who give me the rental was kind of pushy on insurance, he even ask for my personal car insurance card. I rent from hertz many times at the different location and nobody ask for that before. It’s just a trick to convince me to buy insurance from them.
