The rental was through an insurance company, however, they were very nice about extending it an extra day. My takeaway was more personal. 1. The car itself was very uncomfortable. After having an injury from an accident, it was very difficult to get in and out of. Rather than go through the whole standing outside thing, I just didn't drive it unless I had to. I really couldn't fathom keeping it for another day. Overall, the representatives were great. No complaints there...

This location has made me not want to rent from enterprise ever again. Took about an hour to get our car and to add to it the car had barely any gas and it was super dirty on the outside. So we wiped it down since we figured no gas and dirty outside there was no way they cleaned the inside. Even the man who got the car out of the back area wasn’t fully wearing his mask. The representative wasn’t ready and was running around and not communicative on what she was doing. She took my credit card in the beginning and didn’t even use it to the end so i don’t know why she kept it with her that whole time. We were tired and just wanted to get out of there.nnOnce we stopped to get gas we notice the car smelled horrible of old cigarette smoke and moldy. But we were too far out of the way to go back and honestly we didn’t want to deal with the lack of customer service. We had to exchange our car at a different location and we got the same make and model and the smell was still there. This whole experience was horrible and we don’t ever want to use enterprise again.

We enjoyed our rental. Clean inside and outside, smooth riding, and the perfect size vehicle for our trip. We have always used Enterprise and we always will.

Friendly and helpful staff. Noah is always has us ready to go. Quick and efficient. Cars are clean, we haven't had any problems.

Staff was friendly and informative. Checking out the vehicle was extremely easy...no fuss, no muss. Vehicle was clean and drove well. No problems encountered and I will visit again.
