Shane was so helpful and kind....I’m SO grateful he was willing to go the extra mile and assist me! I was in a major bind and he went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle. Very ghetto, would not recommend. I only use this company because my employer has a contract with our fleet vehicles and they rent through Hertz. From the time is was scheduled to pick up a vehicle to the time I dropped it off, I started to question this company's existence. Want your sanity in tact, go somewhere else. Cause this aint it.

I enjoy renting from this location, because Todd provides outstanding customer service. Every time I have rented from this location, I have not been disappointed. Customer service means everything to me, and excellent service keeps me coming back in addition to their nice, clean cars!

DeShane and Todd were great! They were under pressure with no cars and lots of reservations but they kept their cool! Love their customer service and how prompt they were to correct the situation. I’ll be back again.

Made a reservation online last week it allowed me to set it up at 5pm, I called to make sure that everything was okay and they received reservation and that would be okay, they said yes. I arrived at 5:05pm and they were closed and I was left without a car. They don't close at 6 like it says online, poor costumer service and lack of communication.
