This location has the best customer service! Pat has helped us the past few reservations and he has always been very professional and helpful. He also dresses very well! Gus helped us this time and he really went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. We are always pleased with this location and we will continue to return! Thank you all!

Very last minute change of plans so much so that I had to make a reservation @ 6:30 in the morning for pick-up at 8:00 am (opening). Received a complimentary call around 7:30 confirming my reservation & needless to say I was good to go pertaining to my pick-up (paperwork/inspection) by 8:30 am. Keep up the great work!

I rented a car at this location. Unfortunately the service provided was lousy. They rented me a vehicle in undrivable conditions, even though I called the phone number to inform them what happened they ignored my call. Now I am being charged for their irresponsibility. I do not recommend this place. The manager of this store is not qualified for the position. They put your family's life at risk.

I travel for work and often acquire a rental to do so. I have NEVER experienced such blatant nonchalant attitudes as I have here! The woman in line before me was thoroughly disgusted with the customer service but I attempted to not let that sway my opinion but after speaking to a representative as WELL as the MANAGER I am convinced this place just lacks customer service and all employees there seem to laugh about it. I’ve happily taken my business elsewhere and I will be following up with a call to corporate. If I could give 0 stars I would enterprise corporate office desperately needs to do an evaluation of employees that work at this location.
