They are not helpful that much. It is a simple job that any agency will do. Give you an itinerary for the embassy purposes. I believe that is not time consuming. It was a simple request and they said they cannot do it and I need call them back in a week. That's weird.
My experience with Atlas International has not been a pleasant one. The problem is mostly with the attitude of the people who work at the agency. They act like they are doing you a favor to offer you tickets. they still shamelessly treat you like in the past before people were buying most of their travel online. Especially the grumpy old man who said he is the owner of the agency is the worst. The customer service of this agency is non-existent. If you call them after you buy your ticket to ask a question , they act like you are wasting their time. Stay away from Atlas International.
