I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this location. All the young men that work here are so friendly and professional. The branch manager went out of his way to accommodate my specific needs and budget. The rental was spotless and great to drive.The entire process was a breeze from pick up to drop off. Enterprise has a new loyal costumer thanks to the amazing people that work here.

The answer to all of your prayers - Brantley! I hope upper management knows and treats this location and their employees well because they are hard working, polite, composed, flexible, and overall amazing people. Brantley helped me and my friend find a front wheel drive vehicle - which is super hard to find in the state of Georgia. He called multiple locations for us and all I can say is he totally hooked us up. What a polite, nice guy. I hope someone is going to give him a raise or something. I even watched this horrible woman come in to the building, and yell at the amazing staff FOR NO REASON. They helped her with the necessary bank information, they gave her a phone charger, I mean I couldn't believe how disrespectful she treated them after the grace they gave her. Brantley was so composed, took control of the situation, apologized, gave her the right phone numbers and his information, and she was still so nasty to him. I couldn't believe someone would treat the staff that way I was mortified. However, this staff was amazing, morally upright, and so nice to be with and work with. Make sure you appreciate your staff, enterprise - they work hard! All five guys did!

I can’t say thank you enough to the guys at this location. So helpful, made things so easy, got me in and out as fast as possible. I had to rent a car before insurance kicked in and covered costs. Once insurance got involved Enterprise handled everything with the insurance company so easily and quickly, price matched what they could so I didn’t have extra out of pocked expenses and then got my money back to me so quickly once taking care of insurance. I didn’t expect to get it back so fast. They made the painful process of dealing with the aftermath of a car accident so much better. Very thankful!

Best customer service ever! If you need to rent a car and live in the Sandy Springs area make sure to check out this Enterprise. From the time I submitted my online request the staff has been extremely professional and efficient. Especially Tyler, he made sure I was taken care of from check in to check out. This will be my place to for car rental needs always.

Great customer service at this location thus far. They usually call in advance to verify and check out is fast and flawless. I really don't remember the young gentleman who help me the last two times I was there...but he's an epitome of professionalism. He switched my vehicle with a smile and seemed like he enjoy doing what he's paid for. Tall, slender Caucasian young man...probably about 6 feet tall, maybe Tariq? First Class and 5 Stars to you Good Brother!!!
