I did not have a reservation to pick up a car because it was an emergency situation and this location and all others were sold out for one-way rentals. Chelsey went above and beyond to get me a car and even though there was an one way charge I appreciate her willingness to help me! Both she and the gentleman working were extremely helpful and accommodating and I would highly recommend this location!

Enterprises policies and procedures are the bottom of the pit and after this episode I will never rent from Enterprise again.... I would suggest you consider doing the same.
I recently rented a Chevy Equinox SUV. The car was immaculate and I had no problems operating it. The people at the Enterprise location were excellent. No problems.
Remember to dress for the weather. Due to covid customers have to stand outside and wait for service. However, the service was still pretty good.
Customer service was great! Had a bad experience at different location and came here on the same day, right before closing (4:55 pm). Fountaine got me in a car, answered all my questions and made the process very easy. Car renting through insurance company was new to me but he broke it down where I could understand.nnChelsey was also great, very nice. I left an item in the car and she made sure I got it the nxt day.
