These employees at this location, are petty and unhelpful. Especially the Bernae- her attitude is nasty and not a good representation of the company. If you thought her attitude was horrible over the phone..... you're in for a treat.nnMy car was being fixed and a rental was being provided over warranty. The day I was suppose to return the vehicle, at 9:30 in the morning, I received a text message (not a call) from a personal iPhone- saying that they have reported the vehicle stolen and have issues a warrant for my arrest. My dealership & I kept in consistent contact with them through out the weeks I had the car. However they still managed to cause me large amounts of stress, but ALSO have me pay for some kind of coverage that is optional that I did not agree to pay! I understand miscommunications are common but this is a large scale company that deals with all kinds of insurance, warranty, dealerships, and people.nMy experience was so unpleasant that I considered going to jail instead of being the bigger person.nOver all I feel like they were trying to extort me because I was a younger renter.

Awesome Awesome customer service and professional team at this location. I called 8 am spoke with Brenae who took care of me and was kind and understanding she set a time for me to pick up my car and when I arrive I was greeted by all the other team with a Hello. My car was clear and Ready. Thk you for your time and Service.

Kieyon was great to work with. This location is great as well. Friendly staff.nThey were great working with them and the ease of extending my rental car.

The cost of rental was reasonable, the car itself was fine, but all the new Covid-19 restrictions were a bit of an inconvenience. For one, they do not offer pick-up service anymore so you have to arrange your own transportation. Secondly, you cannot go inside the rental location which does not make it a pleasant experience on a cold and windy day having to wait outside for an agent to assist you checking in to pick up the rental.
