Had a reservation booked to go on vacation, got email confirmation the day before, Dakota Calls 2 hours before pick and ask all kinds of questions as asking if we can push time back.. to at the end of call when i was willing to push back time say, oh well we don't have any cars. Dakota was very improfessinal, trying to throw the blame on me, said they where to busy to call before the day of, said its not his resonabilty, don't book with this location and if you must don't deal with Dakota, lies and unwilling to take blame or be helpful.

canceled the day of, Don't deal with dakota, worst sales rep i have ever dealt with, i travel very frequently with work and rent a lot, would never give this location my business again. Dakota try pushing blame off and said he was too busy to call the days leading up to my rental he had to call hours before to cancel. Very unprofessional

Pros:n- Very convenient location within walking distancen- They had the car available when I needed itn- The price to rent from this location was actually lower than renting from a location by my office where I typically rentn- They actually called me the day prior to confirm my reservation and pickup timennCons:n- I was never able to actually speak to a person when booking. (I hate call centers) I wound up booking online. When they called me I was able to call them back on the number they called from to actually speak to a person but that number isn't published.n- The car only had a 1/4 tank of gas. This is a huge Pain in the A@#!!! Before you can even leave on your trip you have to stop for fuel, plus trying to plan it out to return the car with a 1/4 tank... The agency should just fill the vehicles up and have them returned full. Makes it much simpler.n- The car was not as clean inside as I would expect Especially living in a Covid-19 world. (crumbs in the back along with pens and papers)n- The license plate nearly fell off of the car, I had to actually find a screw to put in so I didn't loose the plate and get pulled over.nnBottom line I will go back, but the service wasn't where I would expect it to be. Hopefully it was just this trip.

I have rented twice in the last 3 months and I must say, I have received exceptional service. The car was clean and ready and reasonably priced, but what will keep me back is the level of professionalism received from the staff at this location. A special shout out to D’Angelo. A+++ customer service. Will continue to rent from this location.
