I have been renting multiple trucks per month from this location. I have never had an issue and the staff is always professional. They work with you on your needs in an urgent manner. The management there is amazing and I recommend everyone to this location. I drive 50 minutes to this location just for the customer service and a positive experience. Thank you to you and your staff for a job well done!
I reserved a car with Avis and Michelle called me, before I left home, to inform me that a car was not in as of yet. She stated she would call me when one was available. Around 1:30pm she called and told me one was available. She was very polite and helpful. I didn’t have to waste time going up there just to sit and wait. Love this location/ great customer service.
The customer service at this location is always above and beyond great! They always take care of my requests with a smile. They added a personal touch by offering to call me directly when I needed to extend my rental. They assisted me faster than going through the app.
Bruce and Natalie were great! I got a great car and it was nice and clean. The greeting and service was exceptional! I would definitely use the Avis location again, because of Bruce and Natalie!
