I am super appreciative of the team at this location! I needed a large pick-up truck to move furniture and the online system allowed me to book a large pick-up truck even though this location did not have one in stock for me to use. They were able to have one sent to this location, setting me back an hour from my plans for the day. But, I am giving them a 5/5 because they gave me a discount for the hour wait and were so courteous and professional. I am reminded why I always choose Enterprise for my car rental needs. ud83dude43

My experience with Enterprise was good but I had two issues with the vehicle which in my opinion should be out of commission, it was very stained on the inside, felt dirty. Also the car just had an oil change and National Tire and Battery (NTB) who performed the service did not tighten the oil filter nor balance the air in the tires correctly. Luckily I realized this before my trip and noticed the leaky oil and the tires. The right front tire had 42 pounds of pressure and the left rear had 23 pounds. I had to add a quart of oil and take the vehicle to a tire center to correct the tire pressure. I wasn't offered reimbursement for the oil after I explained the scenario nor did I make a big deal about it. I'll rent again from them but will certainly double check the car when I do.

My son Josh rented a car last week and Courtnie was a great help and took the time to help us. Anthony the manager was also helpful so because of the great customer service, we will be back.
