I have rented vehicles from this Woodstock location more than a dozen times since 5/2020 for both corporate & personal travel for which I can honestly say that Ashley and her team are simply AMAZING!!!nEveryone at this location are friendly & knowledgeable. The vehicles are always clean and free from any maintenance issues.nAshley and her team are efficient allowing for a quick & hassle free transaction each and every time I visit their location.nAshley goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are satisfied and I am very pleased with the their service!! Kudos for having such an Awesome Crew! Nice Job!!

The staff at Enterprise on 92 in Woodstock are very helpful and friendly. The rental process was easy and quick. I use Enterprise whenever I need a car and they always take care of my needs. This particular time I needed a car that would accommodate an elderly friend and her wheelchair. The young lady who helped me find a car that would fit my needed seat height was very patient and helpful as we measured seat heights in several cars till we found the right one. I will be using them again for any future rentals. Thanks again to the wonderful staff.

Initially my call went straight to the call center and was told that they didn't have cars. I was able to keep calling until I got connected to the location. I was specific because I was taking my car to the Collison center across the street.nWhen I arrived I was attended by STAR and she gave me better than expect service. She went above and beyond listening, understanding. She made my day. I'll definitely be going back because of her.

Overall it was not a bad experience. very friendly and helpful employees. The only opportunity I had was the payment process took longer to process almost a full week after I returned the car and still right now I have not received my points.
