I reserved a truck and when I got there to pick it up, they told me it was unavailable. I tried at another enterprise location in hinesville Georgia as well and reserved a truck and same thing I got there and they told me it was booked already. Very unhappy with this experience. The reservation center and the rental locations need to sync up better you are losing a lot of business this way.

Enterprise tried to sabotage me! I picked up a small minivan and traded it in later in the week for a new SUV. When I got the suv the attendant just kinda threw me the keys and said it’s new, have a good day. We did not examine the vehicle at all. To me surprise when I returned the vehicle, the same attendant walked by an area and came back to it saying it doesn’t look like it belongs. I immediately told the attendant that I did not park anywhere remotely by anyone. They said the dent was my fault. I’m very saddened by this because of the long history I have with them. However I urge anyone reading this to video everything with them, to protect yourself and guard against any fraudulent claims.nnThis happened right outside of Hunter Army Airfield and I am proud 20 year veteran of the military and I would tell all of my brothers and sisters to think twice before going with Enterprise.

I would most definitely go back there again . The Staff was very pleasant and kind .They made sure that I was satisfied with The van that I booked .Walked me through everything and answered all questions that was asked . Thanks for the good customer service
