Great customer service. In and out quickly too!
The guys at Abercorn location took excellent care of my rental car needs.
Need a vehicle then set one up with an appointment , just that fast try them you'll be happy you did !
Negative experience and ended up with a $1000+ bill following guidance from an employee to leave my rental at CarMax; asked if I had to call for the car to be picked up and he said “No, we’ll stop by today and pick it up.” Car sat at CarMax for over a month until I received notification that it was late. Tried to work it out with managers at both pickup and drop off locations to no avail. I was told the regional manager would call, but he never did.
They were so kind to me! Last minute car switch 4th of July weekend. Imagine finding a car first! I was originally given a Power Wheel (Jeep Wrangler) with no space; after requesting a SUV. I called around and this location was the only one willing to help without any problems.
