Everything was very smooth and efficient. everyone was very nice and polite. I thought the 110 dollar drop off free was a bit extreme. But the overall experience was pleasant.
Scratches on the side of vehicle I rented were noted however they didn't take full pictures of the vehicle and are claiming somehow that scratches in the exact same area, in the exact same direction on the back passengers side door were new. Would not recommend them they are frauds.
This location has been excellent for all of my rental needs
I understand there's no car's available but why still make the option to reserve a $100+ Luxury vehicle and all you have is standard and below. Someone might be planning there whole trip around that vehicle. Next time I'll go with my gut because i usually frequent the white bluff location which has been good to me since 2016.
Traci Carswell and her staff are awesome. They always make my experience with Enterprise seamless and great. Very knowledgeable,very helpful. Vehicles clean and ready to go. They are the best location I have ever been to. I continue to use that location because of the customer service.
