PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT RENT WITH DOLLAR!nI gave it a one star because that’s the only way to write a review. I went to the Atlanta Airport location to pick up the car so let’s start with Customer Service, the help desk agents at the location are rude and just don’t care. If you call you can’t understand there agents because they don’t speak or understand English. They charged me extra fees that I shouldn’t have been charged for being a express member, also double charged my account which is in the negative right now and nobody can assist me in this matter. I advise you to stay away
