Editing this review to reflect 5 stars. The issue of “return location confusion” was from the other area center not this one. This crew at this center is top notch. I do recommend.n(Original) Service was good as always. There was a bit of confusion about where to return the vehicle. Other than that, all is well as normal with Enterprise. I do recommend.
I made a reservation for a minivan, I received a call the day before I was scheduled to pick up the van, 15 minutes before the close of business, stating to me that they could not honor the reservation because they did not have any vans or SUV’s available. I was scheduled to pick the van up the following morning at 7:30am. I was told that a reservation does not guarantee a rental. Because of this I had to cancel a non refundable trip due to them not honoring the reservation and ensuring that I had a rental. This is the second this has happened, fortunately the last time I was able to get a rental from Economy. I strongly don’t recommend anyone use Enterprise.
The Enterprise Car rental center at the Pionono Avenue, Macon Ga. Location has a wonderful staff they are pleasant and knowledgeable. The aim at pleasing their customers, especially Mr. Rodney and Ms. Sierra, they have great to me in my time of need. Thanks for everything ud83dudc4dud83dudcaf
I was having issues from every angle. The employees were amazing and went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle as quickly as possible. Even stayed open a little later than they were supposed to in order to get me in a vehicle. (The issues were not on their end.)
