Great Customer service. I inquired about a cargo van a couple weeks before and there were none available. They told me they would take my number if any cancellations. In my mind, I didn't expect to get a call back but I did. The staff was super friendly and even made conversation during check in process. Most places are so focused on just getting you in they become less friendly. They have an area to leave your personal car parked. Dropping the car off was also a smooth process. Also gave me a small credit because I brought the vehicle back with more gas than required. Never have I ever experienced that before. Definitely will use again.
