We called the day before to set up the rental appointment. Arrived and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The office was clean and observant of Covid safety Guidelines. The clerk(I think Cassie) was very courteous and helpful and had my rental ready. Brand new Chevy Traverse.. very clean with all the bells and whistles. I was out and on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. Very happy with our experience.

Was unable to get rental prices from the site. Gave up, and rented from their competition.
It is just possible to rent a car with an American drivers license. I sent an email to the Hertz customers department as well.nHertz is bankrupt, slowly I understand the reason.
hertz gold member. They tried to charge an extra daily fee for my spouse to be a driver which is absurd (never heard of that, any licensed family member has always been able to drive on any rental). Plus they aren't too friendly either. This why I usually have only ever rented from airports where I can just pick my car and go.
