WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE!! I reserved a compact car and pre paid. I go in the next day to pick up the rental and their card reader won’t read my card. So they tell me they can make a new reservation because that one won’t work anymore. They say it will be $204 when the original reservation I had was $76. Then I have to wait 40 minutes. They see I have my personal car in the parking lot and say nothing about it and I leave and 1 1/2 hours later they call and say I need to move my personal vehicle or they will tow it. I explain I’m 100 miles away and I was never informed of this when both workers were outside when I got there and saw I drove there in my personal. He said well not my problem and I will send you the towing information. I have NEVER in my life received such bad customer service! Not to mention I reserved a compact car because I needed good gas mileage and they give me a SUV without even mentioning it before I paid. Derek Cox (manager) should not be working in a job where customer service is required!

Always have good cars available, nice staff
Had to rent cars a couple of times here. Taurian was who we've dealt with here and he gave us great customer service. All of the rentals have been very clean as well.
Rented with a debit card 21 days got a huge deal very impressed will be using again next time in Florida
