No problems here, had a quick and easy rental experience.
Getting the car wasn't an issue but the car wasn't cleaned, it smelled like smoke, and it had lots of dents/scratches that weren't written on the paperwork that was handed to me.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Mateka was pleasant, helpful and professional each time I went in.
The website and confirmation email say they're open until 8 on Sundays but BEWARE they're not. They close at 6 on Sunday. I showed up, no one there. Was left stranded with my child. No help on the phone. They wouldn't even rent me a car for the following day. Said they were sold out despite the obvious. Budget is cheap, it's true, but also a truly horrible company. Ended up costing me a fortune to fly instead, and they weren't even apologetic. Just awful.
I was extremely disappointed that when I arrived to drop off the rental and pick up another the counter clerk was cleaning cars and completely ignored me!
