This IS NOT a Dollar car rental it is Hertz
We had our choice of any car that was in the lot. I guess that is how Dollar Car Rental works. They had some great jeeps and friendly service, plus the convenient airport location.
Great service. Returned a vehicle due to being not enough leg room with no problem
Web says open until 11pm, but after traveling there for an hour they really close at 6pm.nNot very dependable.nDisappointed.
Terrible customer service, & dirty car. My father in law paid extra to get a mustang, when they arrived they said they didn't have a mustang but one was on the lot, the guy said that's a convertible and would not him it or reimburse him for the extra. We will never use them again, also only had one van to shuttle from the airport so we had to wait for the one van to go back & forth. Don't use them, everytime we've used Dollar they rip us off, last time we payed for a 4door they gave us 2 door & later reimbursed us in a voucher instead of cash.. save your money go else where, also did i mention rude staff?!!
