Lauren was the woman helping me at this location with my reservation and after using enterprise for more than a month I expected more respect as a valued customer. Now with that being said I had to file a Police Report due to my purse being stolen which contained my wallet, (rental) keys & cellphone. Thank God I got my phone & keys back but wasn’t able to turn in the rental on time. Lauren showed no type of sympathy towards my situation or realism at that but instead kept repeating protocol and policies. Enterprise pretty much took my whole deposit and left me with a forty-something balance. I called several times to speak to management and was given the runaround and I also requested to speak to higher up in corporate and was promised a Call and never received it. I understand enterprise policies and that’s exactly why they demand a deposit for situations that may come up like this; which is completely out of my control. A little understanding can go along way but I surely don’t recommend anyone to use and this location or even Enterprise. There’s plenty other options out there! Still to this day received no call.nnMoral of the story is that I’m no longer able to rent from any enterprise. ud83dude0f

Oldsmar Enterprise location, Professional and polite service with pickup which was greatly appreciated. My rental car was 2021 Toyota Corolla, well maintained & clean.

I rented a car from this location for a business trip and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received! Lauren was my agent at the beginning and she was super nice and friendly. And Capri was mine upon the return. I cannot say enough good things about Capri! I had a small scrap from where the car got scratched and was so worried I would have to pay a crazy amount to have it fixed but since there was so damage to the body of the vehicle it was completely covered. Capri was so reassuring throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be back to not only Enterprise but specifically the Oldsmar location!

Employees were very nice, but car smelled like someone had been smoking in it and it was covered up with air freshener. Called to change out the car and was told I would receive a call back the next day with other options but never received any follow up. Rental was through my insurance company but if I was paying out of pocket would be very frustrated.

It's always good to recognize incredible service so first and foremost let me tell you that Megan and Mason, at this location are 100 and 10% top-notch when it comes to customer service and that only made me feel welcomed but also like a friend.nI was having trouble with the Enterprise location in Tampa because they had no cars. I called the Oldsmar location next.. and not only did a human being pick up the phone, Mason, but I was told that I can stop over and get a car immediately.n... I called back because I found out I had no ride and spoke to Megan who told me she could send a car to me immediately. It was almost like by the time I got off the phone with them their car was at my place to pick me up...I was outside walking my dog and they even allow me to bring my little puppy with me!nWhat other place is so cool?nWhen I got to the location, from drop off to new rental, I was maybe in the office for 10 minutes tops.nNot only did they remember who I was on the phone, they gave me an exceptional rate and a really really clean and wonderful car.nI can honestly tell you that when it comes to renting car's; they have my complete loyalty!!!....nI would never go anywhere else and would never want to or need to.nThank you Mason and Megan very much for making this experience as painless as possible.
