They were fast, efficient, and friendly. A few too many questions to answer. But, hey, I'd rather it be too many than not enough to cover something that could otherwise be crucial in renting a car. Especially, if it's a first-time thing. I would definitely go back if the need ever arose again.

The guy at the front desk seemed annoyed I was there, mumbled when he spoke, gave me the oldest car on the lot, barely said a word otherwise. I asked if i received a free additional driver since i was an AAA member (last time i rented with hertz i received a free additional driver) the mans response was $13.50 per day. When i returned the car it was the same thing. I found out I left something in the car, a rather larger item. I went back the next day, the told me they never saw it and wouldn’t even go look in the car. Obviously, they stole my item. I will never go back to this location.

I've been a Gold member for at least 6 years (maybe more) and a Hertz client for over 10 years. I recently moved, so I decided to try this location. They gave me the smallest car they had. I haven't received a Versa since I was a new customer in Hertz. And it was dirty in the inside. I mentioned the issue to the lady that helped me and she said it was the same size that I rented. Which was not, I went for the 3rd group price wise and the versa is in the cheapest group. I know, because for at least 6 years I didn't own a car, I rented from them in their Stuart location on a monthly basis, I've got tons of different cars, including Mustangs. I'm adding one more star because the personal courtesy, but don't expect much of the Gold member status/perks here.
