No other rental company had cars for rent, when I needed a loaner car, since mine was in the dealer. Enterprise had no compacts but did have full size and I couldn't be choosy.nThe car was perfectly clean and ran well. Pick up and drop off were easier than I ever expected. Every employee was extremely courteous and helpful.nOnly problem was the long wait to get the car up front...it needed extra cleaning because of Covid. Also, no home pick up and delivery- BUT these were small problems since Enterprise was the only location with available cars.nOverall experience was very good and, if needed, Enterprise will be my first choice.

Horrible experience with this location. My insurance reserved a car for me which I confirmed in advance. However, the day I dropped my car off at the dealership for repairs and got picked up by enterprise I was informed that they didn’t have a car for me. I had to figure out an alternative way to get home since transportation wasn’t even offered. Couldn’t get to work and had to arrange for a friend to pick up my kids. Today is the second day and still no car or even a call from them to provide an update on the status or what is being done to resolve the matter. If you don’t have enough vehicles to fulfill reservations then it should be conveyed to your customers so we can plan accordingly. I’m extremely disappointed with how this is being handled.
Do not deal with this location Mac is incompetent. Go to the lake worth location and Deal with Jude & Louise. They are excellent
