There are a number of Enterprise locations here in the Delray Beach area but the one I dealt with on Military Trail and Atlantic Ave was a delight to deal with. Kyle and Chris run a small office with an attention to detail as well as a concern for the customer. Kyle picked me up at my destination and provided me with a perfectly new (6000 miles) car. When I returned the car, Kyle made the transaction effortless. I had a rare simply trouble-free experience. Ask for Kyle.

Called on Thursday in need of a rental car. Chris was extremely accommodating getting me into the vehicle I needed! Professional and courteous staff at this Enterprise location. They came within 10 minutes to pick me up and take me back to their location to get me into my car. You don't find service like that too often these days! Giving them a 5-star review as far as customer service!

Prices have increased since the last time I rented from this Enterprise location. New team of Kyle and Chris just as effective as their predecessors. They offer stellar customer service and reduced my bill with several offers.

The service was very nice at this location the short lady explained everything with detail gave me options that sounded extremely reasonable. I was impressed very informative, quick in and out no hassle great Dodge Caravan she went above and beyond helped me with the seats to put my bike in the back the car was very clean and included wipes just for Cov19 safety procedure I called back to get a future quote with Jeff and he was quick and helpful I appreciate great service when I receive it Thank you Enterprise this has been marvelous keep up the friendly good service I highly recommend this location.

I've rented from this location a few times before. The associates working here are that usual exceptional Enterprise friendliness I've come to expect. The location is awesome and very convenient for me. Most recently, I returned a car here, and I like their COVID-19 policy, in that you are able to take care of everything outside, from picking up the car to dropping it off, since you have more space for social distancing. I had requested a drop off recently, but given they're short staffed, it wasn't a big deal that they couldn't provide it to me. They always have very friendly staff members and this is a well run location.
