Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had!!! Lady Black Listed Me Because She Had to Vacuum the Car out. Do NOT count on this place if it is important for you to get to your location. She's NOT disinfecting the cars at all. Did NOT even try to. Gave me the keys right out of another customer's hands!!! I'll go to Avis. Or I'll go to Hertz from now on. Customer Service NEVER even called me back. After 3 times calling the 800### NEVER Again!!!!

Wish could give negative stars this place is a joke. The manager is rude not willing to help and 4 times now they have not been able to have a vehicle as they promised. Thought they were supposed to be a car rental not a time wasting hole in the ground

The staff at this location is exceptional. The most friendly and professional car rental crew i have dealt with. Will stick with Enterprise with this kind of service and reasonable prices. Love the pick up option also. Just a wonderful experience.

Like everyone else, I had a reservation & when I arrived; I was told that they didn’t have any vehicles available. Now, just to be clear, I have no issues with the folks working there; they are in a tough situation but manage to remain courteous, honest, respectful, & helpful.nMy issue is with the Enterprise online system giving out reservations without having the inventory to support the request; especially, in an area where they are the only vehicle rental company in town. Adding insult to injury; they are located directly across the street from a RV resort where most of the requests are coming from.nApparently, this has been a reoccurring issue that the Enterprise organization needs to address & fix. THANKS FOR THE DISAPPOINTMENT & INCONVENIENCE ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL SERVICE!!!nn*******UPDATE***********nOKAY. The enterprise care email ‘response from the owner’ is generic, pointless, & useless. But, on the good news front; I’d like sincerely thank the folks working there, especially Ms. Dania, for diligently putting forth the effort to successfully acquire a vehicle for me. -1 star for the Enterprise vehicle reservation system & 10 stars for the local customer service team. Thanks again Ms. Dania for your help!!!

Last three weeks and no vehicles. I have been holding off dropping off my truck at the dealership but not one location has any available vehicles. Someone at a branch told me that they sold out all of their last year model vehicles. Now they are caught with their pants down. Please get it together. After three weeks you would think that you would want the business.
