Fee for local renters is dumb and wasn't told about it until I went up to get the car. Also there was no wiper fluid in the car, not terrible buy annoying. Otherwise it was fine.

Worse rental agency I've ever dealt with. I booked through Hotwire, so didn't get a chance to review them first, although I wish I did. From the time we arrived (they are one of the few agencies NOT based at the airport, so you need to use their shuttle), it took 2 hours (yes! 2!) to pick up our vehicle. The staff had no clue what was going on, couldn't find anything and frankly, just did not care. I have honestly never been so frustrated in my life. Need specifics? 1) They didn't have the car we booked. So it took awhile to find another suitable one - 20mins. 2) They gave us another vehicle, which wasn't cleaned or on the lot, so we had to wait - 30mins. 3) They then decided to give us ANOTHER vehicle, which was clean and on the lot, but could not find the keys - 30mins. 4) We changed all the paperwork over twice and they moved at the pace of a snail - 20 mins. 5) There were at least 10 staff, yet no one seemed in charge - 10 mins. 6) When the vehicle finally arrived, they offered no help with configuring it, checking, or moving it - 15 mins. I could go on and on. But take my word for it and never use them.

This review is for July 25-27 rental.The rental agreement clearly showed the car I was reserving had unlimited miles. Only when i went to the location to pick up on the day i was told because i am considered as a local i have to pay for the unlimited miles for my reservation. I was told it was mentioned in the email in a different link for terms and condition. Even the person in the front desk said who has time to read through fine print for all this? I have been renting cars from this city through Advantage and eZ and numerous companies and never had this experience. This is classic bait and switch behavior. Also the car was very dirty outside. Extremely disappointed. Will not be renting from this company in near future.

They were able to make changes to our online booking to the vehicle we really needed.

Not the place you want to go when renting a car. Be careful guys when you show up your quote might be doubled by random fees they pull up out of no where.
