Will never use them again! Not worth the trouble. My flight was delayed getting to Seattle and I called to let them know that I was going to be late. The lady I spoke with said it would not be a problem as they hold reservations for 24 hours. So when I got to Seattle I go down to the level they are on in the garage an there is no one around, but there is a car with its lights on parked fairly close. I walk over and the worker is sound asleep in the car. I get her attention and she says "do you have a reservation or are you just looking for a car? Because if you are just looking for a car you can go to one of the other rental places". I informed her that i had a reservation but when she went to pull me up she said it had expired after not being there for 2 hours. I indicated that I had called and she snaps at me saying, "who did you talk to?" I told her I did not know and then tells me that they don't take reservations after midnight. I asked her how I was supposed to know that I had received incorrect information. She admits that I would not have been able to know that. Then she tells me how lucky I am that she is there because no one else would reopen my reservation for me. Wow, lucky me. She then sends me down to my car with the inspection form and tells me to bring it back after I have looked over the car, she doesn't even bother to walk the 100 feet there. When come back in like 3 minutes guess who is gone? She is already back in her car pretty much asleep. On the positive side the lady that helped me when I returned the car was very nice and polite.

Friendly customer service and an impressive upscale Yukon for our ski trip. Clean facility and well maintained vehicle. Easy in and out from the off-site location. Quick shuttle from the airport right outside of baggage claim in SLC.

When i made the reservation it had unlimited millage, when i told them i was local they changed it to 250 miles a day. Used my debit card they said i needed an airline ticket to rent the car. Try keeping the deal that was made online. It really none of your business where I'm taking the car as long as i don't do anything illegal and it is returned in good shape.

Total con...They had buried in their language that you can not get unlimited mileage if you are a local (live with in 50 miles of the location). This was not disclosed until we tried to pick up the vehicle we had reserved. They were also not willing to rent us the Sequoia we had chosen on line and wanted to give us a mini-van when we needed a vehicle that would sit 8 with luggage. The part that was the kicker is they tried to blame Travelocity and that it was their policy when it was actually the policy of the rental car company. If you are going to have policy buried in your contract (about 7 or 8 clicks deep on their website) and then pass it off onto a third party it screams nothing but shady. We ended up not renting a car from them as it wasn't a place I'd do business.
