SCAM artists. Guelermo very unprofessional and confrontational. They added tons of fees on top of their advertised price and the room and customer service was terrible. for the Cheaper price i found a 5 star hotel at FL Beach with ocean front rooms. AVOID these GANGSTERS
The worst experience! I booked 2BR at Ocean Reserve for the spring break. I called to confirm 3 days before arrival and Guillermo Russian could not find my reservation.nImagine showing up with 2 babies and you have no place to stay? They said they don't have any rooms available even though they took my $5,000!nNow there is nothing available in Miami for this price point since its last minute. And its spring break! We are flying out tomorrow.nI still need to get almost $5,000 refund.nBe aware of this company. You might show up and have no place to stay.nThe management company did not even call me or try to find a solution.nI will file a complaint with BBB.
We stayed in a 2BR condominium in Sunny Isles, Florida for 34 days over the holidays into January 2021. The apartment matched the photos online perfectly - there were no surprises. Pricing was very good and when we had questions, Flatsaway owner/manager Guillermo was instantly back to us with answers/solutions.
I stayed in one of the apartments located in sunny isles, the rooms were big and everything was clean and organized. It was a quick and easy process, they know what they are doing! Excellent location, close to everything! Thanks for everything, next time in Miami I am staying there!!!
