Was fine until I looked at my bill after I returned the car and saw that I was charged for liability insurance which I declined because I had already purchased from another provider. Had to call 3 different phone numbers before I was finally given an email address. Explained the situation and left my number, but they couldn't be bothered to call back. Instead I received an email telling me they can't help me. Total Ripoff. Never again. Do not rent from these guys. It is absolutely not budget.

First and likely last experience renting with Firefly. Upon arrival, on a busy Saturday morning, there was no staff at the Firefly counter. Instead, there was a note to go to the Thrifty Car Rental counter for service. Unfortunately, that line had about 60 people in the line. We waited about 90 minutes. The Thrifty staff did their best to give A+ service, but everyone was seriously annoyed. I have no idea why Firefly had no staff at their counter and didn't even follow up with any sort of apology. I have heard this airport rental car center is always busy, so I recommend that you don't plan anything special within an hour of your arrival.

Horrible!!!! Was quoted $102 online for a three-day rental. Got there and they said it was over $300!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I was almost late for my sister's wedding because of them, and they offered no help with the rate they gave me. My husband tried to call the company to see why we were charged so much, and they "transferred" us, and hung up instead.

Very good experience with Firefly. The mini van was new and very nice car. My experience with the customer service at SLC airport was great. Joe stayed after his work hours to help me and Riz was very nice! Big thank you to all! Clara

The rental car itself was great, and the staff at the airport was amazingly helpful, however my experience turned sour quickly. To start, the rental return for Firefly at this airport is poorly marked and I had to pull into other rental car returns twice before someone was able to get me to the right place. Secondly, and largely the most frustrating part of this experience was the billing. I was billed well over DOUBLE what my rental agreement stated. When I called the number attached to my emailed rental agreement and the firefly number found on google. Both numbers were unable to help me and I was put on hold and transferred, and they were unable to assist me so I was put on hold and transferred, and they were unable to assist me and so on. I talked to 9 people who said the same thing before I gave up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would like to leave a better review for Firefly, but their unwillingness to assist me in a simple billing issue, and their incapacity for clear guidelines in customer service leaves me questioning why I picked them at all.
