Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They were the only ones open in Salt Lake City on Sunday!

We arrived at the Salt Lake City Airport at 10:30 pm. We originally had a reservation with Budget, but when we got to the counter, the agent informed us they had no cars. I told him we made a reservation on THEIR website and again, he said they had no cars and walked off. We walked over to Enterprise and they checked and found us a minivan, which worked out better for us. They were extremely helpful and nice. The next day I called the reservation line to see if I could extend the rental for the whole 10 days we were going to be there and again, everyone was extremely nice and helped us out. I have since signed up for Enterprise Plus and will use them as my preferred rental car company. Thanks for all of the help and being super friendly.

The experience started out really good. We flew into Salt Lake City Utah for a family vacation and picked up the car at the airport. We reserved a Premium car and got a Nissan Maxima which we were pleased with. We started down the interstate and noticed the Brake light was going on and off. I thought maybe it had something to do with the cruise system or maybe the emergency brake was not completely released. It was kind of hard to figured out going down a busy interstate. We figured we would look at it once we got to the hotel 40 minutes down the road. Then when we were 10 minutes away from the hotel the front and rear collision sensors went off. I checked everything when we got to the hotel but could not get it to clear. We called Enterprise at Salt Lake City and they said we could either bring the car all the way back or they could dispatch a tow truck with a different vehicle but they had no idea when the tow truck would be there. After travel and being up all day we decide that waiting for a tow truck till sometime after 1 AM we would just drive back 40 minutes and get a different vehicle. The manager there was extremely nice and did her best to make things right. The new car was just fine. It would have been nicer if it would have had the radar guided cruise control the Nissan had but it worked out just fine. Overall we were pleased with everything but it would have been even better if the original car would have worked from the beginning.

I’ve used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The rates are reasonable and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend it. My most recent use was at the Salt Lake City airport and both the pick up and drop off were incredibly efficient. Well done!

My local Enterprise branch folks are the best. They have always treated me like a good neighbor and I enjoy going to pick up or return my car each time. I travel because of my work all the time and I like to see all the different Enterprise rental locations. I'm sure those locations are full of wonderful associates just like my local location. I recommend Enterprise to everyone I know.
