I am a local resident and I called to see about renting a car. I spoke with on of the representatives who was VERY polite and professional. They advised me that they typically cater to private aviation, but would be happy to transfer me over to their retail division. They offered me the number, and offered to transfer my call. I have never been so impressed with the level of professionalism as I was with this location. I will definitely keep them in mind for future reference!
I have been forced to use these thieves at Atlantic Aviation in several locations. They quote you one rate and it is always higher. We negotiated a pilot rate of $40/day for a midsize car. Midsize is never available, so the upgrade to full size is $59.00. Not terrible but with all the additional fees they forget to tell you the $59.00 costs you $120.00!!!!. Use Hertz where a rate is a rate.
